The Spot Elevation widget Returns an elevation in international feet or meters for a specific latitude/longitude (NAD 1983) point from the USGS 3DEP 1/3 arc-second layer. If unable to find data at the requested point, this tool returns -1000000.

Click the 'Activate' button and click on map to retrieve elevation. The tool then returns spot elevation results with Feet, Meters, Source. It provides point query status as Active/Paused. Activated status can be set to Deactivate if user wish to retrieve different set of results
